Had a hectic weekend. Feeling slightly awesome for incoming week ahead. Mainly becos we only work 4days next week!! Woohoo. No longer workaholic as before. Probably is a positive thing?

Missing bodypump now! Engaged slightly heavier for squats and non stop bicep track even with a light weight. I would rather take light weight for bicep than a heavier one which i couldnt do and have to keep stopping. My muscle are crying badly now. Feeling great after a good exercise!
